Pro Labour was started in 2014 by current owner Nico Vd Walt. Although its roots dates back much earlier than this. Nico’s father started a similar business in 1996 with the name Proactive Labour Consultants. This business was successfully run for 20 years. Nico also started his career in 2010 at Proactive Labour under his father’s guidance. In 2016 an opportunity presented itself to Nico’s father where he got appointed as the National head of Human Resources for a well-known NGO in South Africa. Nico now had the opportunity to take over his father’s client base that was build up over 20 years. Some of the old clients are still today with Pro Labour.

We have tailormade packages available to suit any budget. Payroll outsourcing is charged per employee per pay period.
HR & IR Services can be billed on an ad hoc basis or a monthly retainer fee.
With our Time and Attendance management we have got a basic system where there is no annual licence fee payable. You buy the system once and its yours, advance systems available on request.
