Payroll Outsourcing

We use the latest software (VIP CLASSIC) to process your payroll on time & accurately

We will be doing the following for you:

Help you in developing spreadsheets to capture data needed for payroll input

Processing of payroll data per pay run either monthly or Bi-Weekly

Leave administration & Balances of all employees

Providing you with secure password protected reports and payslips

Monthly submission of SARS PAYE EMP201 recon

Yearly submission of SARS EMP 501 recon, issuing of IRP5

Yearly submission of Letter of Good Standing (COID RETURN)

We can also provide you with a batch file to fast track your payments no need to go and pay each worker separately.

We can pay workers and other 3rd parties on your behalf; we will need access to a salary account, or we can create a salary account on your behalf on our payment profile.

How it works

You will need to install a reader to capture the times of the employees when they arrive and leave their workplace.

We prefer to use a facial or fingerprint reader as each employee’s finger or face is unique to them and cannot be copied.

You will then use software to capture and process the data stored on the reader.

You can then print reports on employee’s attendance at work. Reports would normally include hours worked, overtime hours, Sunday hours etc.

Recruitment and Merchandising

We will be handling the whole recruitment process on your behalf and provide you with short listed candidates to choose from.

We will provide you with a 3-month guarantee on recruited employees subject to Terms and Conditions.

We can employee certain categories of employees on our books and outsource the labour to your establishment.
